RSM60-6-275P solar panels are a time-tested product from Risen Energy. The company, founded in 1986 in Ningbo, China, is among the top ten largest global manufacturers of photovoltaic cells and modules, consistently ranking high on Bloomberg's Tier 1 list. The RSM60-6-275P panel consists of 60 polycrystalline photovoltaic cells with five busbars in each cell (5BB technology). It converts solar radiation into direct current with an efficiency of 16.8%.
ABB PVS-100-TL solar inverter is a three-phase industrial string inverter with a maximum power capacity of 102 kW. It is manufactured by ABB in the European Union. The inverter has a high IP66 protection class, 6 MPP trackers, and 24 DC inputs. It allows for the connection of up to six differently oriented photovoltaic arrays. Its tasks include adapting the current for grid connection and monitoring and optimizing the station's operation. This model can be supplied with built-in DC protection.
Terms and Stages of Project Implementation:
Documentation (1.5 months): Establishing a legal entity if necessary, signing a contract for project work, receiving an advance payment. Visiting the site for detailed technical evaluation. Contracts for equipment supply and construction work. Station project preparation. Geology and geodesy (for ground-based stations). Change of land plot designation (for ground-based stations). Obtaining technical conditions from the Cloud.
Equipment supply (2 months): Ordering and delivery of equipment. Obtaining GASK certificates of resolution for the start of construction work. Preparation of the construction site. Manufacturing of mounting systems.
Construction (up to 6 months): Delivery of photovoltaic equipment. Ground and concrete works (for ground-based stations). Installation of mounting systems. Installation of solar panels and inverters. Cable laying. Connection and commissioning of the system. The duration of this stage depends on the station's location. Roof system construction takes 14 calendar days per 100 kW of capacity, while ground-based systems take 1.5 months.
Market entry (2-3 months): Putting the station into operation. Obtaining a license. Membership registration in the Wholesale Electricity Market. Approval of the "green" tariff.
Clarification: The implementation period for a 1 MW project ranges from 7 to 12 months. It depends on the condition of the site, land documents, and the characteristics of the grid connection point (Technical Conditions).
Cost of the Solar Power Plant:
A turnkey 1 MW photovoltaic installation costs approximately $754,409.50 or $0.72 per watt of installed capacity. The VAT amount is $125,734.92. Inverters and panels typically account for 40-50% of the total project cost. The construction and mounting systems comprise approximately 10-15% of the total cost, with an additional 10-15% for installation works. Connection to the grid is a significant cost factor, so the characteristics of the connection point and the distance to the main electrical substation are taken into account when preparing a customized estimate.
